Thomas Stewart

Thomas Stewart as CIO focuses on CMS project IT services specializing in oversight of Telecom green(or brown)field builds and provides CMS IT leadership and support. Thomas came to CMS after 37 years of military and government work. A 24 year U.S. Coast Guard veteran retiring as LT/O3E his last duties were development of USCG cutter underway connectivity systems. Following his highly successful USCG military career, Thomas then entered into Civil Service where he led an engineering team that developed all USCG cutter and aircraft systems and their networks that connected to the Coast Guard network (CGONE). Thomas brings the experience, poise, and analytical skills that guide our customer and company IT projects to on time completions.
